Christmas-Market Capitol Commons

On 11/26/2022, we visited a small neighborhood “Christmas Market” in Capitol Commons.

There are currently still huge residential towers with very expensive luxury condos being built. At the foot of these towers is a small park (…very small…) where the market takes place.

The “market” consists of about 20 small stalls, where a wide variety of local food and delicacies are offered. A large eating area with seating and a comfortable resting area.

At the time of our visit, I was one of two whites. Nevertheless, I felt very comfortable. The Filipino hospitality is very great – and the local food is exactly what I like to eat every day.

That evening, I gorged myself on small, deep-fried crabs.
